Immigration

Since the election of U.S. President Donald J. Trump in 2016, we have become acutely aware of a growing need of legal assistance by immigrants. If you are an employer with immigration needs for your employees, we can help with applications for nonimmigrant and temporary work visas. If you are undocumented, we can first help determine whether you are eligible to apply for legal status, and if so, we can help navigate you through the immigration process. In addition, if you are a permanent legal resident but are ineligible to apply for citizenship due to a previous criminal conviction, we can help determine whether your conviction can be appealed and overturned through a writ of habeas corpus.

We can help with the following immigration applications:

  • Form I-821D, Renewals for Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)(until October 5, 2017)
  • Form I-140 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker)
  • L-1A Nonimmigrant Visas (Intra Company Transferee Executive or Manager)
  • Form I-130 (USCIS Petition for Alien Relative)
  • Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status)
  • Applications for Political Asylum
  • Applications under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
  • Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization)
